The profile HPI double-acting piston sealing set consists of an elastomer sealing component, two antiextrusion and two angular guide rings. Technical parameter: Working pressure: ≤ 30MPa Working temperature: -30℃～ +100℃ Surface speed: ≤ 0.5m/s Working medium: Hydraulic oils (mineral oil-based) HFA, HFB and HFC Materials: Rubber component: High wear resistance NBR with ShA 80 hardness Support rings: Reinfoced PA Guide rings: Angular profile, modified POM Advantages: Sealing and guiding function with one complete set Simple snap installation of the seal Simple, short-fitting,one-part piston Special design prevents distortion inside the groove during installation Installation: Sharp edges and burrs in the assembly area must be removed. Assembly is performed in the sequence of rubber seal - support rings - angular guide rings. Ensure that the contact point (gaps) of the angular guide and anti-support rings are aranged in staggering positions.
